  • Review materials, finishes, mock-ups and installations to ensure the highest standards are achieved.
  • Resolve design challenges and provide practical solutions that support project success.

Build strong partnerships

  • Work closely with internal teams, design consultants and supply chain partners to drive collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop strong supplier relationships and identify opportunities to enhance quality, value and sustainability.
  • Contribute to the evolution of design standards and best practice across the business.

Support and inspire others

  • Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing expertise and helping to build future design talent.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and design excellence.

What you'll bring

  • Significant experience delivering high-quality residential, mixed-use, hospitality or luxury interior design projects from concept through to completion.
  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or a related discipline, with strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong commercial and project management capability, with experience managing budgets, procurement activities, value engineering and multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders, building effective relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation, organisational and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a positive, high-performing and collaborative team culture.
  • Creative, proactive and customer-focused, with a passion for design excellence, sustainability and creating exceptional homes and spaces.
