Interior Design Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Interior Design Manager to lead our design operations and oversee end-to-end project delivery. In this role, you will manage design execution, direct project teams, and serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with high-quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept development and space planning to site execution and final handover.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, main contractors, sub-contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure all milestones are met efficiently.
• Identify potential project risks early, develop proactive mitigation strategies, and resolve on-site operational challenges.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure all design deliverables and construction works adhere to company quality benchmarks, local building codes, and safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the interior design or construction industry.
• Must be willing to be assigned and based in Singapore.
• Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to negotiate and collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional analytical and risk-assessment skills, with the ability to create and implement effective risk mitigation plans.
• Hands-on proficiency with project management software and relevant design applications.
• Ability to travel to various local project sites as required.
• A strong commitment to design quality, workplace safety, and client satisfaction.
