Interior Design Manager

We are looking for a creative and experienced Interior Design Manager to lead and manage interior design projects for retail, consignment, renovation, and fit-out works. This role is responsible for driving design concepts aligned with brand identity, overseeing project execution, and leading the design team to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion
• Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts, and visual presentations
• Ensure all design outputs are aligned with brand standards and business objectives
• Review and approve drawings, 3D perspectives, and material selections
• Manage retail renovation, consignment, and fit-out project requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and consultants
• Oversee site progress and ensure design intent and quality standards are met
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource planning
• Resolve design and technical issues during project execution
• Lead, guide, and supervise the design team to ensure timely task completion
• Prepare and present design proposals to management when required

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in interior design or retail fit-out projects
• Experience in managing multiple projects and leading a team
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max and relevant design software
• Strong knowledge of materials, construction details, and space planning
• Good project coordination and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and under tight timelines
• Experience in retail or commercial design is an added advantage
