Interior Design Manager

We are looking for a creative and experienced Creative Lead – Interior Design to lead design concepts, drive creative excellence, and oversee interior design projects from concept development to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modular interiors, space planning, materials, finishes, and 3D visualisation, along with the ability to lead a team of designers and deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creative direction and concept development for residential and commercial interior projects.
• Develop mood boards, colour palettes, material selections, space plans, and design presentations.
• Oversee 2D layouts, 3D designs, modular furniture concepts, and detailed design drawings.
• Guide and mentor interior designers, ensuring design quality and consistency.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements, present concepts, incorporate feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure strong knowledge and application of modular interiors, false ceilings, wall panelling, lighting, and surface finishes.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and execution teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth project delivery.
• Review design drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with approved concepts and project requirements.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or an equivalent qualification.
• 6–10 years of experience in interior design, preferably with experience leading a design team.
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, modular interiors, materials, and finishes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape.
• Excellent creative thinking, visualisation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
• A strong portfolio showcasing completed interior design projects.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
