Interior Design Project Manager

Responsibility

• Organization of project team, formulate project plan, define project objectives, tasks and monitor effectively.

• Co-ordinate the work between various departments for smooth teamwork, communicate and co-operate with customers, partners and relevant government departments.

• Project cost control, formulate budget and supervise the implementation until completion with approved budget.

• Responsible for the Management and operation of property projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time and in good quality.

Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma / Professional Certificate / Bachelor's Degree in Design and Construction or equivalent.
• At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in similar position or related field.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, communication skills and team leadership skills, able to solve problem effectively.
• Strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, able to adapt to high-intensity work environment.
