Interior Designer ( 3-5 Year Experience ID )

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 3–5 years of relevant experience to join our team and support interior design projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with the Project Director and Senior Designers, developing drawings, 3D models, and design solutions while ensuring compliance with local building codes and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Director and manage assigned interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and update detailed drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and 3D renderings.
• Interpret project briefs and develop design concepts that meet client requirements.
• Prepare CAD drawings and visual presentations using 2D/3D software.
• Conduct client meetings, present mood boards and design proposals, and manage design revisions.
• Monitor site progress, supervise contractors, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure work meets approved designs and quality standards.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable safety regulations, building requirements, and property management guidelines.
• Manage project planning, resolve design and site issues, and coordinate delivery within agreed deadlines and budgets.
• Develop project cost estimates or quotations aligned with the design requirements and client's budget.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
• Malaysian Citizen Only
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• MUST have at least 3-5 years' experience in interior design, construction, or property development.
• Knowledge of building trades (electrical, carpentry, plumbing) and site inspections.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Positive attitude, highly motivated, and team-oriented.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
