Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D interior models and realistic renders for residential and commercial projects.
• Develop interior layouts, furniture arrangements, and space-planning concepts.
• Prepare 3D visualizations for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior spaces.
• Select appropriate materials, textures, colours, lighting, and furniture as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with the design and technical teams to understand project briefs and client requirements.
• Revise 3D designs based on feedback and project specifications.
• Ensure design accuracy, quality, and timely project delivery.
• Maintain consistency between 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or other relevant 3D visualization software.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and 2D drawings.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, lighting, and textures.
• Ability to create realistic and visually appealing 3D renders.
• Good visualization, creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with a strong portfolio of 3D interior design projects.
• Experience in residential interior design and photorealistic rendering will be an advantage.
