Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer

About the Role

LEI Interior Design LLC is looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with proven experience in luxury residential interior design.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, materials, lighting, composition, and realistic visualization, with the ability to transform interior design concepts and drawings into high-end photorealistic 3D renders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders for luxury residential interiors.
• Develop 3D visualizations for villas, apartments, penthouses, living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior spaces.
• Interpret 2D drawings, mood boards, material selections, furniture layouts, and design concepts and translate them into accurate 3D environments.
• Produce realistic materials, textures, lighting, furniture, accessories, and architectural details.
• Prepare high-quality renders suitable for client presentations and design approvals.
• Make revisions based on feedback from the design team and clients.
• Work closely with interior designers and architects to ensure the 3D visualization accurately reflects the approved design.
• Ensure accurate representation of marble, stone, wood, metal, fabrics, glass, lighting, and other luxury finishes.
• Create multiple camera angles and presentation views when required.
• Maintain high standards of realism, proportion, scale, composition, and detailing.
• Assist the design team in developing and presenting design concepts.
• Organize and maintain 3D models, textures, materials, and project files efficiently.
• Meet project deadlines and manage multiple visualization requirements simultaneously.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience as a 3D Visualizer.
• Proven experience in luxury residential interior design is required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential interiors and photorealistic renders.
• Advanced knowledge of 3ds Max.
• Strong experience with Corona Renderer and/or V-Ray.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, composition, and architectural visualization.
• Ability to create realistic and detailed interior environments.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and interior design concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of luxury aesthetics.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• UAE experience is an advantage.

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing luxury residential interior projects and photorealistic 3D renders.

Candidates without relevant luxury residential visualization experience may not be considered.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
