Interior Designer & Client Liaison

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and customer-focused Interior Designer & Client Liaison to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will combine interior design expertise with excellent communication skills to manage client inquiries, coordinate projects, and ensure a smooth customer experience from initial consultation to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design & Project Coordination

• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and material selections based on client requirements.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and design presentations when required.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and assess project requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Assist in preparing quotations and project proposals.

Client Liaison & Customer Service

• Handle client inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable design and renovation solutions.
• Schedule site visits, client consultations, and project installations.
• Follow up on quotations, client approvals, and ongoing projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address client concerns professionally and coordinate with the relevant teams for solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Previous experience in interior design, fit-out, renovation, or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other design software is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage clients professionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the UAE interior design and renovation industry is an advantage.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
