The Role

We are looking for an exceptional, multi-faceted Interior Designer & Project Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of creative design and flawless on-site execution.

In this dual-focus role, you will be the critical link between our design showroom, affluent clients, and turnkey construction teams. You will guide clients through bespoke furniture specification and space planning in our showroom, then take full ownership on-site to ensure the vision is built to perfection, on time and to standard.

Key Responsibilities

1. Showroom Client Engagement & Bespoke Design

• Act as the lead design consultant for high-net-worth homeowners, architects, and hospitality developers visiting the showroom.
• Present, specify, and customise luxury furniture collections, finishes, materials, and lighting packages.
• Develop detailed design concepts, space plans, 2D/3D layouts, renders and specification sheets tailored to client project requirements.
• Guide clients seamlessly from initial concept and material selection to final order sign-off.

2. On-Site Construction & Fit-Out Coordination

• Take end-to-end ownership of project execution, coordinating site progress from initial kick-off through final handover.
• Supervise on-site interior fit-out, joinery installation, architectural finishes, and loose furniture placement.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify dimensions, quality standards, and adherence to approved design specifications.
• Proactively identify site challenges, resolve technical clashes, and implement practical solutions on the spot.

3. Turnkey Contractor & Stakeholder Liaison

• Work hand-in-hand with our affiliated turnkey construction team, general contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors.
• Maintain rigorous timelines, material delivery schedules, and milestone tracking.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering regular progress updates and maintaining high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of combined experience in interior design, luxury furniture specification, and on-site project coordination (High-End Residential or Hospitality background preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design & drafting software.
• Turnkey Savvy: Solid working knowledge of interior construction details, joinery, MEP coordination, and material fabrication.
• Mindset: High ownership & accountability—you take pride in seeing projects through from a sketch to the final styling cushion.
• Organization: Exceptional multi-tasking ability; comfortable shifting gears between client-facing showroom meetings and boots-on-the-ground site coordination.
• Communication: Polished presentation skills and fluent communication (both written and spoken) with high-profile clients and site crews alike.
