Interior Designer /Architect

DDesign Corner – Interior Design & Turnkey Services is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Architect / Junior Interior Designer to join our design team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in interior design, architectural visualization, and 3D modeling, with good knowledge of SketchUp and V-Ray.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or junior designer who wants to gain practical experience by working on real residential, commercial, and turnkey interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and interior design concepts using SketchUp.
• Prepare realistic V-Ray renders and presentations.
• Develop furniture, ceiling, wall, flooring and material details.
• Assist in design development and client presentations.
• Prepare and revise designs according to project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor and assist with design implementation.
• Check site dimensions and existing conditions when required.
• Coordinate with the site execution team to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Work closely with the senior designer/architect and project team.
• Participate in the development of residential and commercial interior projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Fresh graduates to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong command of SketchUp 3D Modeling.
• Good command of V-Ray Rendering.
• Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture and lighting.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Good design sense and attention to detail.
• Creative and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to visit project sites for design implementation.

• AutoCAD
• Photoshop / Adobe Creative Suite

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
