About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer Architect to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical drafting expertise, experience in commercial and healthcare interior projects, and proficiency in industry-standard design software. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and project teams to produce high-quality design documentation, construction drawings, and 3D visualizations while ensuring compliance with Australian building standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive construction documentation for commercial and healthcare interior projects.
• Develop accurate and detailed interior construction and joinery drawings in accordance with industry standards.
• Produce technical drawings and documentation using Revit, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with Australian building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and project teams throughout the design and documentation process.
• Recommend suitable materials, finishes, fixtures, and space-planning solutions that meet project requirements.
• Review and maintain the accuracy and quality of project documentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, architectural drafting, and construction documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD.
• Strong experience preparing construction drawings and detailed joinery drawings.
• Knowledge of Australian building codes and construction standards is highly preferred.
• Strong 3D rendering and visualization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on Australian residential, commercial, or healthcare projects.
• Familiarity with Australian documentation standards and project workflows.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary design and engineering teams.
