Interior Designer Associate

• Assist in developing Interior design works from concept to execution, mainly for ENRISON LAND INC., but may be assigned subsequently for requirements of sister companies Benedict Ventures Inc. and Enrison Holdings Inc.
• Prepare drawings, renderings and presentation using software like AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP , LUMION, ADOBE PHOTOSHOP and other softwares necessary to execute required perspectives
• Conceptualizing and prepare design pegs for Owners approval
• Develop & implement interior design concepts for public area, restaurants, conference rooms and other spaces.
• Collaborate with hotel management to understand project scope, budget and timeline.
• Ensure adherence to the resort’s established design standards and aesthetic guidelines.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with approved interior design details, addressing any unapproved modifications or deviations.
• Source & select materials, furnishings, fixtures and equipment that meet design specifications and operational need.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Help to ensure and recheck compliance with building codes , regulations and company standards
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Provide design support and recommendations for ongoing hotel improvements .
• Maintain documentation of design concepts, drawings, and material specification.
• Travels/visits to head office when required to attend meetings
• Represent and attend in behalf of the company to attend local trade fairs for product & design sourcing
• Allow to attend seminars & trainings related or in support to current position for professional advancement. May sign & seal plans and permits ONLY that is adherence to her ethical principles and professional standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
• Licensed or non-licensed
• Profiency in autocad, sketchup ,or any rendering software like enscape , D5 or lumion.
• Ability to create 3D renderings and mood boards, can do freehand drawing/sketches
• With at least 2 yrs experience ; hotel interior designing is an advantage
• With floral design or botanical styling experience is a major plus
• Experience in estimates, managing budgets , site implementations
• Clear verbal skills to coordinate with contractors
• High precision with measurements, layouts and finish selections
• Porfolios of previous projects
