NEXT is hiring for the position of Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and conduct an in-depth analysis of the design package prepared by the Interior Designer (Consultant)
• Coordinate design aspects with other disciplines
• Identify the client's/employer's needs and preferences and propose appropriate design solutions
• Participate in meetings with consultants and clients to discuss design requirements for new construction, modifications, or renovation projects
• Identify technical solutions for projects and propose the most suitable and optimized options
• Define the scope of work for projects and prepare technical assignments
• Collaborate with the construction/engineering team, contractors, and other specialists to ensure the effective implementation of projects
• Develop energy-efficient and practical technical solutions
• Plan site visits when required and identify and resolve technical issues arising on site
• Participate in the preparation of tender documentation (budgeting, analysis of specifications, technical descriptions, and Data Sheets)
• When required, develop interior design concepts and prepare designs, including conceptual sketches and design reports
• When required, prepare architectural drawings and visualizations (3D, SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Photoshop, and InDesign
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages will be considered an advantage
