Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive interior design concepts using tools like SketchUp, Revit,

Prepare detailed construction documentation, including drafting, construction detail or whcihever software you are comfortable with

documentation, and building code compliance analysis to ensure project accuracy and adherence to regulations.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously by coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the remodeling or renovation process.

Skills.

Strong understanding of building code analysis, building code compliance standards, and construction detail documentation processes.

Knowledge of renovation processes, remodeling practices, construction experience, and contract management.

Deep understanding of interior design principles combined with professional art or design background for creative excellence.

Strong communication skills for client presentations, team collaboration, and vendor negotiations.

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
