Interior Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and presentations for residential projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts and working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Assist with material, furniture, finishes and colour selections.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants and site teams.
• Assist in taking designs from concept stage through execution.
• Visit project sites and coordinate with the execution team when required.
• Prepare mood boards, presentations and design documentation.
• Ensure design details and finishes are maintained during execution.
• Work closely with the senior design team and contribute creative ideas.
• Stay updated with new materials, products, trends and design solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Interior Design.
• Experience working on luxury residential projects will be preferred.
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant design software.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture and interior detailing.
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
