Job Description: We are looking for a site Supervisors and coordinate day-to-day operations for an Interior and civil work projects. The role and responsibilities are as follows:

• Oversee day to day operations of the facility.
• Overseeing work execution.
• Handling multi workers for task.
• Assigning task for workers.
• Monitoring project progress.
• Should demonstrate teamwork. Leadership.- Knowledge of reading drawings ( Interiors layouts).
• Excellent organizational skills. Analytical thinking.- Problem solving orientation, and communication abilities with workers.
• Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures.
• Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments.
• Helping project to plan to finish the the weekly work program.
• Helping co-ordinate deliveries of materials and equipment.
• Completing records for site reports.

Interior Designer

Position 1: Interior Designer Intern
Internship Duration:6 Month
Qualification: (Fresher) Any certification course in Interior Designing or B.Arch.

Position 2: Interior Designer
Experience required: 2+ Yrs
Salary: As per current salary
Qualification: Any certification course in Interior Designing or B.Arch.

Job Description: We are looking for Auto CAD Designer/ Interior Designer for Gurgaon location. The role and responsibilities are as follows:

• ketched initial plans.
• Converted initial plans into Auto Cad plan (2D).
• Ability to co-ordinate 3D for the final design.
• Instructed workers on implementation.
• Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD). Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients. Selects design strategies and colour palettes to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments.- Enhances and improves interior spaces functionality by modifying architectural elements and arranging furnishings, artwork, and decor.
• Creates project budgets, including materials and labour.
• Maintains relationships with vendors and outside contractors.
• Participates in regular networking opportunities and actively develops a client base.
• Performs research and maintains a working knowledge of trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture worlds.
• Reads and interprets blueprints.
• Works closely with various colleagues, including architects, artists, contractors, painters, upholsterers, and building inspectors.
• Candidate must have sound knowledge Auto CAD.
• He/ She will be mostly involved in interior designing of residential projects.
