What you'll be doing?

• Design Creation: Prepare interior design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and presentation materials.
• Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Team Collaboration: Liaise with the project team, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure design intent is implemented.
• Site Monitoring: Conduct site visits to take measurements and monitor design-related works.
• Documentation: Assist in preparing presentation boards, material boards, and tender/design submission documents.
• Project Management: Ensure design works are completed within the required timeline and project requirements.
• Project Handover: Support project handover by assisting with final touch-up coordination, design compliance checks, and documentation.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of working experience in interior design, architecture, or related field is required.
• Language Skills: Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to handle different customer groups.
• Skills: Possess good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle client expectations professionally.
• Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced project environment.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of commercial interior design, office renovation, fit-out works, and construction site coordination will be an added advantage.
