Job Responsibilities

• Develop interior design proposals based on management’s requirements.
• Responsible for space planning and developing design concepts.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and create 3D visualizations/renderings.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers on project requirements and technical details.
• Monitor project progress and conduct site visits to ensure work is carried out according to the design.
• Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, and prepare relevant specifications.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant interior design software.
• Able to independently prepare 2D construction drawings and 3D renderings.
• Strong space-planning skills with a good sense of design and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking management, contractors, and suppliers
