Interior Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer with strong skills in design concept development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating innovative, functional, and visually stunning interior spaces. You will play a key role in translating client requirements into thoughtful design solutions through mood boards, space planning, material selection, and high-quality 3D renderings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original design concepts based on client needs, project briefs, and brand identity.
• Create mood boards, color schemes, and material palettes.
• Produce detailed 3D renderings and visualizations for client presentations.
• Prepare space planning , layouts and presentation.
• Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout project development.
• Select furniture, finishes, and materials in alignment with project goals and budgets.
• Revise designs and 3D models based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with clients to understand needs, preferences, and project objectives, attend meetings with client and site visit if necessary.
• Manage project timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Stay updated with trends in design, materials, and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing both design concepts and 3D visualizations.
• Proficiency in design software such as 3ds MAX, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign or similar
• Creatively initiate design, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
• A strong sense of style, color, and spatial planning
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in luxury or high-end interior design in vairy project such as hotel and residence.
• Experience in construction coordination or project management.
