Job Title: Senior Interior Designer (High-End Residential & Commercial)

We are looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer with at least 5-7 years of experience to join our team. If you are passionate about luxury design, love exploring new concepts, and care as much about how a project is built as how it looks in a rendering, we want to hear from you.

We need someone who brings both creative vision and technical precision to the table, balanced with the right attitude. You will lead projects from initial concept through to final site handover.

Key Requirements & What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end/luxury projects.
• Technical Expertise: Exceptional knowledge of construction detailing, joinery, and material behavior. You know how to turn a beautiful concept into reality and produce flawless construction drawings.
• Design & Brand Savvy: Deep understanding of high-end design principles, luxury furniture brands, current industry trends, and premium materials.
• Creativity & Curiosity: A strong aesthetic sense and a natural drive to explore new ideas, materials, and design methodologies. You don’t just stick to what’s safe; you like to innovate.
• Beyond Renderings: While we appreciate good visualization skills, we value your ability to solve spatial problems, curate finishes, and manage the technical execution of a project even more.
• Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage clients, coordinate with contractors and vendors on-site, and resolve technical issues independently.
• Software Proficiency: Excellence in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit, along with presentation tools like Adobe Creative Suite.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute high-end design concepts from start to finish.
• Create comprehensive construction documentation, detailed drawings, and material specifications.
• Source and select premium furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and materials.
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained on-site.
• Mentor junior designers and oversee the quality of technical outputs.
