About the Role

Lines & Curves Global is looking for a creative, technically capable and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing design team.

The designer will be responsible for developing interior concepts and transforming client requirements into practical, aesthetically appealing and execution-ready designs for residential, commercial, office and renovation projects.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage the design process from client brief → concept → 3D visualization → material selection → design approval → execution coordination.

Key Responsibilities

· Meet clients and understand their lifestyle, preferences, requirements and budget.

· Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements and site details.

· Develop space planning and furniture layouts.

· Prepare design concepts, mood boards and design presentations.

· Develop detailed 3D interior visualizations and renders.

· Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, elevations and other design documentation.

· Select and coordinate materials, finishes, colours, furniture, lighting and accessories.

· Develop designs for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, offices, commercial spaces and other areas.

· Prepare design proposals based on the approved project scope and client requirements.

· Present designs to clients and incorporate reasonable revisions based on feedback.

· Coordinate with the Estimator to ensure the design is aligned with project budget and scope.

· Coordinate with the Project Manager, factory, procurement and site teams during execution.

· Ensure the approved design is properly communicated to the execution team.

· Assist with material selection, samples and finishes where required.

· Review shop drawings and production details related to the design.

· Conduct site inspections when required to ensure design intent is maintained.

· Identify design or site issues and coordinate with the relevant team for solutions.

· Maintain organized project files, drawings, renders, specifications and material selections.

· Stay updated with current UAE interior design trends, materials, finishes and technologies.

· Ensure all designs meet company quality standards and client expectations.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as an Interior Designer.

· Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related field preferred.

· Strong portfolio of completed residential and/or commercial interior projects.

· Excellent knowledge of 3D design and visualization.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Revit or similar design software.

· Strong knowledge of Photoshop and/or other presentation software is an advantage.

· Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.

· Good understanding of furniture, joinery, materials, finishes, lighting and interior detailing.

· Strong knowledge of space planning and design principles.

· Good understanding of UAE interior design and fit-out practices.

· Strong communication and client-presentation skills.

· Creative thinking combined with practical execution knowledge.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· UAE driving licence is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is not only a creative designer but also understands how the design will actually be built.

They should be able to create an attractive concept, visualize it professionally in 3D, prepare accurate drawings, select practical materials and coordinate with the estimation and execution teams to ensure the final result matches the approved design.
