Interior Designer

We are expanding our Interior Design Department and welcome applications from Junior, Senior, and Team Lead level candidates.

The successful candidate should have strong skills in:

• 3D visualization and rendering
• Technical detailing and working drawings
• Space planning and construction knowledge
• Project coordination and site understanding

Candidates with leadership experience will be considered for Team Lead responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

For All Designers

• Prepare realistic 3D renderings and visual presentations.
• Produce accurate 2D detail working drawings.
• Conduct site measurements accurately.
• Ensure design intent can be executed on site.
• Collaborate with sales, project, and panel vendor.
• Maintain drawing quality and technical accuracy.

Additional Responsibilities for Team Lead Candidates

• Review and approve drawings before submission.
• Guide junior designers and visualizers.
• Improve drawing standards and design workflows.
• Manage project timelines and team resources.
• Lead departmental design discussions and technical reviews.
• Build and maintain internal design standards.

Requirements

Junior/ Senior Interior Designer

• Diploma level and above in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2-4 years’ experience.
• Strong 3D visualization and detailing skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.

Team Lead

• 4+ years experience.
• Proven experience leading designers.
• Strong technical drawing review capability.
• Able to improve workflow, standards, and team performance.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
