Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the design team and director with design & FF&E design throughout the design process.
• Prepare design working drawings and FFE documentation.
• Able to support the review and comment on shop drawings and mock-up submissions.
• Management of the material library, coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other consultants.
• General Project administration

Qualifications /Skills

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Interior Design, Art, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality or high-end commercial projects
• Strong aesthetic sensibility in design, graphic, art, and decoration; capable of creating design presentations, material boards, and FF&E selection from concept generation, schematic designs, to installation.
• Creative with a practical approach; self-motivated and a team player able to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers and builders;
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Cantonese / Chinese
• Proficient in Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and PowerPoint.
