Interior Designer

About the role

This is an Interior Designer role focused on client engagement, design development, and project coordination. You will conduct client meetings to understand needs and objectives, translate them into interior design solutions, and manage the full design process from concept through production.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with clients to understand needs, objectives, and goals, and translate them into desired interior designs
• Develop and present design proposals, 2D and 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material/furniture samples to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and the company
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions aligned with overall project conditions
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, perform accurate measurements, and evaluate existing conditions to obtain accurate project understanding
• Provide guidance to intern students
• Conduct meetings with drafters, project coordinators, and production heads before working drawings enter production
• Respond to incoming chat messages on company WhatsApp as sales admin
• Conduct kick-off meetings with prospective clients
• Create design proposals based on kick-off meeting results with prospective clients

About you

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
• Ability to create 2D, 3D visualizations and mood boards
• Ability to conduct site visits and perform accurate field measurements
• Experience with AI rendering
• Understanding of various materials, design principles, composition, proportion, color, and lighting
• Communicative and able to present design concepts to clients
• Able to guide intern students
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum 2 years of experience
