Interior Designer

Do note its a full commission based position only.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Meet homeowners to understand renovation needs
• Develop design concepts, themes and space planning proposals
• Prepare quotations and project timelines
• Present ideas confidently and professionally
• Manage project schedules and oversee site progress
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors
• Conduct on-site inspection to ensure quality workmanship are achieved
• Ensure smooth handover and excellent customer experience

Requirements:

• No prior experience required (training provided by professional coaching)
• Able to communicate in English & Chinese (to liaise with English & Chinese-speaking homeowners)
• Independent, disciplined and meticulous
• Strong willingness to learn and improve
• Enjoy meeting and speaking with homeowners
• Able to work weekends & public holidays
