Interior Designer

Idbox (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment where design meets real-world challenges.

We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a proven track record of delivering projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is pragmatic, hands-on, and passionate about using design to solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural and interior design projects for F&B & Retail shops and related spaces.
• Independently develop scheme plans, renderings, and technical drawings from concept through execution.
• Deliver designs that are both functional and efficient, addressing real-world needs.
• Apply fundamental principles of shop and architectural design.
• Demonstrate cost awareness and coordinate effectively with construction teams.
• Support business partners in resolving practical implementation challenges.
• Collaborate and exchange ideas with partners across different functions, leveraging strong communication skills.
• Contribute creative design solutions to upgrade shop images and elevate the standardization of shop designs
• Liaison with Mall Management, international clients, and Idbox HQ internal team, facilitating effective communication, resolving issues, and supporting collaborative project execution.
• Travel as needed to support on-site project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite; ability to independently produce renderings, scheme drawings, and technical documentation.
• Solid experience in commercial interiors, including space planning and programming, with a focus on practical, problem-solving design.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial interior and architectural design, with a portfolio demonstrating real-world impact.
• Willingness to travel within Asia and thrive in a fast-changing, results-driven environment.
• Good English communication skills (Can speak English)
