Freshers and candidates with up to 1.5 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel across India to research boutique stays, hotels, and themed properties.
• Observe and document every detail of a property’s theme, guest experience, interiors, décor, amenities, and operations.
• Prepare detailed SOPs, research reports, and documentation based on field observations.
• Research vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans required to execute different themes.
• Conduct online market, competitor, and industry research to identify business opportunities.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity to enhance research efficiency.
• Collaborate directly with the founders on research, operations, business development, and strategic initiatives.

Professional experience is not mandatory. However, candidates should have a basic understanding of:

• Preparing simple reports, presentations, or documentation.
