Position Overview:

Design and develop interior drawings, and provide professional advice, recommendations, and problem-solving solutions related to interior design. This includes conducting thorough construction site inspections to ensure functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing interior building environments, ensuring strict alignment with design intent, relevant rules, policies, and overall business plans.

Job Description:

·        Develop interior design concepts and design solutions.

·        Research and select materials, finishes, and specifications.

·        Prepare drawings, renderings, and recommend finishes and fixtures.

·        Perform regular construction site inspections to verify that work is proceeding according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

·        Work closely with construction teams, contractors, suppliers, and merchandise teams.

·        Follow up on construction progress, identify site-specific constraints, and refine design details accordingly.

·        Present design concepts and drawings to related parties.

·        Provide interior design advice, recommendations, and on-site problem-solving support to resolve technical issues during the build phase.

·        Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to align expectations and processes.

·        Keep up to date with design trends to enhance the organization’s image.

·        Prepare basic reports, proposals, site inspection logs, and related documents as required.

Qualification:

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Design and a similar role.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.

·        Proven experience in site supervision and construction site inspection for interior fit-out projects.

·        Expertise in AutoCAD / SketchUp or 3ds Max or similar design software.

·        Great project management skills with the ability to manage site schedules.

·        Ability to stay organized and focused on multiple projects.

·        Knowledgeable about office software such as Microsoft 365 / PowerPoint / Excel.

·        Strong communication skills, a willingness to work on a team, and the ability to coordinate effectively with site contractors.

·        Good English communication skills.

·        Must have a valid professional license for Interior Architecture or related fields.
