CORPORATE INTERIOR DESIGNER

We are looking for a Corporate Interior Designer who combines strong creative instincts with the ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.

This is an opportunity for a designer who wants to do more than produce drawings — you will shape design concepts, influence client decisions and see your ideas come to life on site.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Corporate Interior Designer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering compelling workplace design solutions while ensuring that design intent is successfully translated into a completed project.

You will work closely with clients, project teams, consultants, suppliers and other stakeholders, giving you strong exposure across the full design and delivery process.

What you will do

• Create impactful workplace concepts — develop innovative, high-quality corporate office interior design concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality and the client's business needs.
• Lead the design story — formulate design concepts and presentation strategies that clearly communicate your vision and create compelling client presentations.
• Own client relationships — present design proposals confidently, understand client requirements and build strong, trusted relationships throughout the project.
• Drive projects from concept to completion — oversee the interior design process and ensure design deliverables align with project timelines, budgets and programmes.
• Bring designs to life — coordinate materials, finishes and colour selections while maintaining consistency between design intent, construction and final installation.
• Collaborate across teams — work closely with internal project teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Maintain design excellence — pay close attention to detail and ensure the quality and integrity of the design is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You are a creative and commercially aware designer who understands that great workplace design is not just about how a space looks — it is about how people experience and use it.

You will bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate interior design or interior architecture, preferably within the commercial workplace sector.
• A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing corporate office / workplace projects.
• Excellent design flair, creativity and a strong eye for detail.
• Strong presentation and client-facing communication skills, with the confidence to articulate and defend design ideas.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, work at pace and deliver quality outcomes within tight project deadlines.
• Strong organisational, time management and coordination skills.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
