INTERIOR DESIGNER

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to support ZETA WORLD REALTY INC.'s residential development projects. The role will assist in developing practical, functional, and cost-conscious interior concepts for housing units, model units, amenities, and common areas, while coordinating closely with the Architectural, Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and Construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare interior layouts, finishes, material specifications, and design concepts.
• Develop and maintain standard interior specifications for housing units and common areas.
• Prepare mood boards, material boards, and presentation drawings.
• Assist in selecting and evaluating finishes, fixtures, furniture, and other interior materials.
• Coordinate with the Junior Architect, Engineers, Project Manager, Procurement, and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections to verify implementation of approved interior designs and specifications.
• Review samples and mock-ups and recommend appropriate materials.
• Assist in ensuring that materials are functional, durable, available, and within project budget.
• Provide design recommendations that are appropriate for mass housing and large-scale residential developments.
• Assist in documentation, revisions, quantity/material take-offs, and project records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.

• PRC-licensed Interior Designer preferred.

• Experience in residential or mass housing projects, property development, fit-out, or construction projects is an advantage.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization, or similar design software.

• Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and interior detailing.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Willing to conduct site visits and project assignments.
