What they need
An established architecture and interiors firm is seeking an Interior Designer with 4–7 years of experience to join its Greenwich studio.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, good design sensibility, and experience carrying projects from concept through documentation and construction.
Responsibilities include developing construction documents, coordinating materials and finishes, FF&E, consultant coordination, and supporting construction administration through RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and site visits.
Projects range from multifamily, commercial, and high-end residential
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of professional interior design experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field
- Strong AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Cloud skills; Revit preferred
- Experience with construction documentation and administration
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, millwork, lighting, and interior detailing
- Highly organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects
- Has a strong eye for detail
