Interior Designer

Interior Designer — Detached House Full Renovation | Earn $20K-$35K+/month | Yuen Long

About FUGO

FUGO Interior Design Decoration Engineering Limited has been rooted in Yuen Long for over a decade, specialising in full renovation design for detached houses in Fairview Park and California Garden. With a steady stream of clients and an excellent reputation, we handle every project from design through to completion — so our designers can focus on what they do best.

About This Role

We are looking for a passionate, self-driven Interior Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for designers who want to work on large-scale residential projects, enjoy creative freedom, and believe their income should reflect their effort and results.

Each project ranges from several hundred thousand to over a million dollars in budget. As our designer, you will have full autonomy from concept to handover. Every completed project is portfolio-worthy and a genuine asset to your career.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full renovation cycle — consultation, design, quotation, supervision, and handover

• Communicate design proposals with clients, prepare floor plans and 3D renderings

• Create custom-made furniture designs based on clients' requirements and site conditions

• Assist in showroom consultations and quotations

• Accompany clients in selecting materials and furniture

Remuneration

• Base salary + project commission — earn more by achieving more (monthly income up to $35,000+)

• Commission directly tied to design sales — no cap on earnings for top performers

• Paid annual leave

• Salary and commission review after probation based on performance

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in interior design or renovation projects

• Able to independently manage clients and projects end-to-end

• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (experience with AI design tools is a plus)

• Fluent in Cantonese

• Valid driving licence preferred

Why FUGO?

• Steady client pipeline — no need to source your own leads

• Large-scale detached house projects — every job is a meaningful portfolio piece

• High creative freedom — no templates, every home is your own work

• Flat structure — good performance gets recognised and rewarded directly

• Work in Yuen Long — comfortable, low-density neighbourhood
