Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and presentations.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 2D/3D designs, space planning, and working drawings.
• Select materials, furniture, fixtures, color schemes, lighting, and accessories.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure quality standards.
• Prepare cost estimates and assist in budget management.
• Review and approve material samples and vendor proposals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
• Resolve design-related issues during project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Interior Designing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and space planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
