CAD software proficiency- . . AutoCAD (floor plans, elevations, sections) Sketchup (3D modelling and presentation) [not mandatory] 2. Drawings they should produce . . . . . Floor plans (scaled layout showing dimensions) Elevations (wall views showing heights and finishes) Sections (vertical cuts showing spatial relationships) Details (close-ups of construction, joinery, fixtures) Material specifications and schedules. 3. Drawing standards . . . Correct line weights and conventions Title blocks and revision tracking Clear dimensioning and annotations 4. Documentation ability
