Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts and sketches based on client needs and project briefs, using CAD software/relevant tools to produce drawings and renderings.
• Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Select materials, colors, and furnishings that match the design vision, budget, and quality standards.
• Maintain clear client communication, provide progress updates, and present design proposals and revisions.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate execution and timely progress.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specs, and material lists, and report updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design.
• Proven design sensibility with a portfolio showcasing aesthetics and creativity.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
