Interior Designer

Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in Sharjah in a full-time capacity, collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations; selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment); and coordinating design details with architects, contractors, and suppliers. The role involves creating and revising construction drawings, space plans, and design documentation, while ensuring that designs align with project budgets, timelines, and quality standards. The Interior Designer will participate in site visits, supervise implementation of design elements, and provide ongoing design support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design skills, including concept development, material selection, and design presentation.
• Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture-related coordination to ensure functional and efficient layouts.
• Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and technical documentation for contractors and suppliers.
• Experience with FF&E specification, sourcing, and coordination to align with project design intent and budget.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar visualization tools).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Previous experience in interior design projects in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
