Interior designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Interior Designer with strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and luxury interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring projects are executed according to the approved design.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements, preferences, lifestyle, budget, and project scope.

Develop creative, functional, and aesthetically appealing interior design concepts.

Handle residential, commercial, and luxury interior projects from concept to execution.

Prepare 2D layouts, furniture plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.

Create 3D models, realistic renders, mood boards, and design presentations.

Select and specify premium materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and accessories for luxury projects.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.

Conduct regular site visits and ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates when required.

Manage design revisions and incorporate client feedback.

Ensure quality, detailing, timelines, and design standards are maintained throughout the project.

Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, premium materials, furniture, and finishes.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and luxury interior design.

Knowledge of high-end/luxury detailing, premium finishes, customized furniture, and bespoke interiors.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Blender, Photoshop, and/or Revit.

Ability to develop concepts and translate them into detailed working drawings.

Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Good attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and material costing will be an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in interior design.

Experience working on residential, commercial, and luxury/high-end projects will be preferred.

Portfolio showcasing completed or ongoing projects is required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
