Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and project objectives.
• Prepare design sketches, layouts, 3D models, and realistic visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Plan and optimize interior spaces considering functionality, aesthetics, lighting, ergonomics, and furniture placement.
• Select suitable furniture, materials, finishes, colors, textures, and accessories based on design concepts and project requirements.
• Prepare professional design presentations and effectively communicate concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Create detailed technical drawings, working drawings, and construction design sheets required for manufacturing and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards, timelines, budget requirements, and company guidelines.
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, technologies, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience in handling residential and commercial interior design projects.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and furniture design.
• Ability to create detailed technical drawings and design documentation.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture selection.
• Strong creative thinking with an excellent eye for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to adapt to changing design trends and project requirements.
