Position: Interior Designer

Job Summary
OMAD Architects is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop functional, aesthetic, and innovative interior spaces. The role involves working closely with architects, clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and execution process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material palettes.
• Prepare detailed drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevations, and construction details.
• Create 3D models and realistic renders for design presentations.
• Select and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Visit project sites and monitor design implementation.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and other project documentation.
• Incorporate client requirements while maintaining design quality and project standards.
• Ensure designs are practical, functional, and compliant with project requirements.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D/visualization software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, Lumion, or similar.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior construction.
• Good understanding of drawings and site execution.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Relevant experience in an architectural/interior design firm is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
