Interior Designer

I would like to request the recruitment of an Interior Designer to join our team.

Please find below the proposed job description:

Position: Interior Designer

Experience: 2–5 years

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Applied Arts – Interior Design/Architecture .

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Interior Design.

• Previous experience in retail projects is highly preferred.

• Strong ability to prepare detailed execution drawings and technical details is a must.

• Proficiency in:

• 3ds Max

• Corona Renderer

• V-Ray

• AutoCAD

• Knowledge of Revit is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and specifications .

• Background in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation is preferred.

• Very good command of English , both spoken and written.

• Previous experience dealing with malls and design approval processes is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

.you must also be proficient in Photoshop and able to use AI tools for architectural visualization and rendering.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts and detailed designs.

• Prepare 3D models and realistic renders .

• Prepare and develop execution drawings and technical details .

• Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and consultants.

• Coordinate with mall management and follow up on design approvals and comments.

• Select and specify suitable materials and finishes .

• Ensure designs comply with project requirements and mall guidelines.
