Overview of the Position

As an Interior Designer you will work within the Design team to create and ensure our projects' designs are completed on time, within budget, and to the required regulatory and company specific design standards.

Our Expectations of You

• At least 4+ years' experience within an interior designer role or equivalent within the commercial construction industry, ideally spanning office and healthcare fit out
• High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch up and Adobe Suite, alongside strong compliance knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple departments and meet team and functional commitments across the project lifecycle
• A client centric mindset with the confidence to lead client meetings, pitches and design discussions, and to assist at every stage of a project
• Strong visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to sell a vision and support our sales team to close the deal
• Sound understanding of construction documentation, process and regulatory requirements
• Comfortable collaborating with project managers, sales and interstate teams
