Job Title: Luxury Interior Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Interior Designer with UAE experience in luxury residential and commercial interiors.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, lifestyle and budget.
• Develop interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards and material selections.
• Create 3D visualisations, renders and walkthroughs.
• Prepare detailed drawings and design documentation.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
• Coordinate with fit-out, production and site teams.
• Select suitable furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, colours and decorative elements.
• Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors regarding materials and finishes.
• Make design revisions based on client feedback.
• Research current interior design trends, materials and technologies.
• Use relevant design software and AI-based tools to improve design concepts and presentations.
• Manage multiple design assignments and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE Interior Design experience is mandatory.
• KUJIALE experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of 3ds Max and SketchUp.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong 3D visualisation and rendering skills.
• Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture and lighting.
• Strong creative and conceptual design abilities.
• Good client communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts.
• Knowledge of UAE interior design practices and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Good attention to detail.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
