Architect Maps is looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior Designer to join our growing design team. The candidate will work on residential interior projects and assist with design development, 2D drawings, 3D visualization, material selection and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare residential interior layouts and space-planning concepts
• Create 2D furniture and interior working drawings
• Develop 3D interior designs and visualizations
• Prepare false ceiling, flooring, furniture and electrical layouts
• Select suitable materials, finishes, colours and furniture
• Coordinate with clients regarding design requirements and revisions
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and site teams
• Visit project sites when required
• Prepare estimates/BOQs for interior work
• Ensure designs are practical, attractive and within the client's budget

Required Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / 3D modelling
• V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape or similar rendering software
• Photoshop or similar design software
• Good knowledge of residential interior design
• Understanding of furniture, materials, lighting and finishes
• Good communication and client-handling skills

Preferred Candidate

• Interior Design / Architecture qualification preferred
• 5–10 years of relevant experience preferred
• Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply
• Should be creative, responsible and willing to learn
• Should be comfortable working with clients and site teams
