Interior Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Indore. The Interior Designer will plan and design office interiors, focusing on functional layouts, ergonomics, and aesthetics aligned with Stellar Global’s furniture and seating solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, preparing concept designs, selecting finishes and materials, coordinating FF&E, and developing detailed drawings and presentations for clients. The role involves collaborating with sales, project management, and manufacturing teams, as well as liaising with architects and contractors to ensure designs are accurately executed. The Interior Designer will also support design documentation, maintain brand consistency across projects, and stay current with workplace design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning for commercial and office environments.
• Knowledge of Architecture and understanding of construction processes and standards.
• Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and detailed design documentation.
• Experience with FF&E selection, including office furniture, finishes, and equipment coordination.
• Ability to use industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong visual, conceptual, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and functionality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
• Experience in commercial or office interior projects is preferred; exposure to global or multi-national projects is an advantage.
