Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Interior Designer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an interior designing firm. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in 2D and 3D interior design, along with proficiency in V-Ray and SketchUp.

The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, creating 3D models and realistic visualizations, and coordinating with the execution team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed 2D floor plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
• Create detailed 3D interior models and presentations.
• Develop realistic renders and visualizations using V-Ray.
• Create and modify 3D models using SketchUp.
• Prepare design presentations and mood boards for clients.
• Select and recommend suitable materials, colours, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits and understand site measurements and conditions.
• Make design changes based on client feedback.
• Coordinate with the execution team to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Ensure drawings and designs are completed within project timelines.

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Interior Design
• 2D Interior Designing – Mandatory
• 3D Interior Designing – Mandatory
• SketchUp – Mandatory
• V-Ray – Mandatory
• Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and space planning.
• Ability to read and understand architectural/interior drawings.
• Good design sense and attention to detail.
• Good communication and client coordination skills.

Qualification

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates currently working with an Interior Designing Firm, Architecture Firm, Turnkey Interior Company, or Design Studio will be preferred.
