Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience in

designing commercial office spaces and coworking environments. The ideal candidate

will be responsible for developing innovative workspace designs, coordinating with

cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining

high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts, space planning, and layout proposals for

coworking spaces.

• Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors

throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and ensure design execution aligns

with approved plans.

• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories based on project

requirements.

• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company design

guidelines.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to understand client

requirements and deliver functional workspace solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in commercial interiors, office fit-outs, or coworking projects.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, workplace design, and commercial

interiors.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Enscape, Photoshop,

and MS Office.
