Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and experienced Interior Designer to join our Maintenance & Fit-Out team. The candidate will be responsible for developing interior concepts, preparing drawings, coordinating with clients and site teams, and ensuring projects are completed according to design, quality, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare 2D drawings, detailed layouts, elevations, sections, and fit-out drawings.
• Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, lighting layouts, and material selections.
• Create 3D designs and realistic presentations when required.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure proper execution.
• Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements.
• Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and basic quantity estimates.
• Select and recommend suitable finishes, materials, colours, furniture, and fixtures.
• Review site progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings.
• Modify designs and drawings based on client/site requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors regarding materials and finishes.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of UAE experience in interior design, fit-out, or maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or other design software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, ceilings, flooring, and joinery.
• Strong creative, technical, and problem-solving skills
