Job Overview

Integrity is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience in 2D drawings, 3D modelling, space planning, and furniture layouts. The candidate should have good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other interior design software, along with the ability to develop practical and visually appealing designs for residential, commercial, office, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D models, interior layouts, and realistic design presentations using SketchUp.
• Develop furniture layouts and space-planning concepts according to client requirements.
• Prepare working drawings, furniture drawings, and execution drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, and project execution teams.
• Select suitable furniture, materials, finishes, colours, and accessories.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and quantity estimates when required.
• Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented according to approved drawings.
• Revise designs and drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain project drawings, design files, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of 2D AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modelling and interior visualisation.
• Knowledge of V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or other rendering software will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar presentation tools is preferred.
• Understanding of space planning, furniture dimensions, materials, and interior finishes.
• Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.
• Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in interior design and drafting.
• A portfolio of completed projects or design samples is preferred.

As per the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.
