Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Chandigarh. The Interior Designer will develop concepts and detailed interior layouts for residential and commercial projects, including planning spaces, selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves preparing drawings, presentations, and mood boards, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout execution. The Interior Designer will conduct site visits, monitor progress, address design-related issues, and support project timelines and budgets. The position also includes client interaction to understand requirements, present design options, and incorporate feedback into final solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Space Planning and Interior Design skills for residential and commercial projects.
• Candidates should possess Architecture-related skills, including basic understanding of building design, codes, and coordination with structural and MEP teams.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical details for on-site execution.
• Candidates should possess FF&E expertise, including furniture selection, fixtures, finishes, and material specification.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong visual communication skills, including 2D/3D presentations and rendering capabilities.
• Good project coordination, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior studio or site experience is preferred.
